Longcliffe Golf Club Green-keeping Department
- Appointed by Director of Golf to offer Club detailed agronomic advice.
- Carried out several site visits to ascertain overall condition of Course.
- Advised Club on developing ongoing maintenance plans.
- Currently assisting Club in preparing a Course Policy Document.
- Given presentation to members to set out overall agronomic vision for the Golf Course.
- Maintaining regular contact with the Club and staff to implement policies agreed.
- Initial improvement in Course recognised and identified by members who are now supportive of the direction of travel.
- Providing ongoing advice to Green-keepers on training, staff structures and general management issues etc..
